The schedule
What you earn, year by year
Paid on revenue we actually collect, monthly in arrears. It starts high because that is when the work happens, and it never falls to zero because the client was yours to introduce.
Why it is built this way
Four things most software referral programs will not put in writing
It does not stop after year one
The standard in business software is a percentage of first-year value only — nothing on renewals. Read the fine print of most partner programs and you will find that line.
Ours pays 5% in month forty as surely as in month one.
Your accounting system stays put
WorkHoist connects to QuickBooks and Sage rather than replacing them. Job costs flow through without double entry.
If you are the one closing their books, this makes your month-end easier rather than harder.
We do the work
You make the introduction. We run the demo, the trial, the onboarding, the data migration and the support.
Nothing about this program asks you to become a software implementer.
Nothing to sign up for
No fee, no annual minimum, no certification course, no quota, no exclusivity.
Introduce one client in three years and you get paid on that client for three years.
The terms
Short enough to read in full
- What you earn
- 30% in the first year, 20% in the second year, 10% in the third year, then 5% for the life of the account. Paid on collected subscription revenue.
- How a client becomes yours
- Send us the company name before we have spoken to them. First registration wins, and your entitlement vests when that client first pays.
- When you are paid
- Monthly in arrears on revenue we have actually collected, Net 30 after the month closes. A refund reverses that month’s commission and nothing else.
- The clock follows the client
- Years run from the client’s first payment. If they upgrade to a larger plan, your percentage applies to the larger amount and the schedule does not reset.
- Locked in
- These rates are a launch offer and will change for partners who join later. Join during the launch window and this schedule is yours permanently, on every client you ever bring.
- What we ask
- Do not bid paid search on our name, quote prices other than published list, or present yourself as WorkHoist. Referring your own company does not qualify.
- Leaving
- Either side can stop at any time with notice. Commissions on clients you have already introduced keep paying for as long as those clients do.

We are taking a small number of partners to start, so we read each of these properly rather than sending an automated pack.
